Want to Learn to Skate? - Then CanSkate is for you!

CanSkate is Skate Canada’s flagship Learn to Skate program. Conducted in a fun, friendly environment focusing on continuous movement, the CanSkate program showcases a comprehensive series of balance, control and agility skills, using a nationally-tested and proven curriculum and instructed by professionally trained and certified coaches. CanSkate supports skater success in developing strong basic skills on the ice, and is the foundation for all ice sports including figure skating, hockey, speed skating and ringette. Skaters are grouped by age and skill, beginning in Stage 1 progressing to Stage 6. Awards and incentives are earned as skaters progress. More Information
